1. All puppies are sold Limited Registration. 

2. Spay and Neuter Contract

               Puppies are sold as pets only with a spay/neuter contract. Pet must be spayed/neutered at one year and a half of age and documentation must be sent to verify the procedure in purchasing a puppy.  This means you are agreeing to spay/neuter your pet by June 17, 2026. In the event that the dogs health is at an anesthetic risk, please contact me with proof from your veterinarian. Failure to comply with this agreement by June 17th, 2025 will be considered a breach in the contract and the PURCHASER will be fined $3,000.

3. Conditions

               Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian within 48 hours of purchase. If in this veterinarians opinion, puppy is considered a poor risk, Buyer agrees to return the puppy within 24 hours following this exam, in the same physical condition, and at this time buyer is eligible for a full cash refund. Seller is not responsible for any expense incurred for vet care after buyer takes possession of a puppy. 

4. Healthy Warranty Contract

               This puppy is guaranteed up to 12 months against any hereditary genetic defect which develops to the extent it renders the dog unsuitable as a pet. It covers hips, eyes, elbows, and heart. If a defect is found, mail a vet’s certificate stating the defect and I will decide whether or not to have my vet confirm the defect. Defect must be moderate to severe. At this time I will replace your puppy with one of equal value on the next available litter or purchase price will be refunded. Guarantee is NOT for communicable diseases or conditions. Take care to vaccinate and worm properly. Also, be careful where you take your puppy before fully vaccinated.
